Mounting flange has a perimeter of holes for fastening, (12) 3/16" diameter. Top lid securely clamps down to prevent water entry, gasket-ed lid. Cutout opening 5 5/8" x 11 1/4", inside corners require a 2.25" radius. Designed to place on a flat roof. Includes (1) 1/8" thick roof gasket. Steel rod handle to open top lid.
